EPNS golf mug trophy, well crafted golf bag and clubs on the handle. Made in Australia by Angus & Coote Sydney.

Quite a rare item, nice piece of golfing memorabilia. There is one in the collection of the powerhouse museum Sydney. This is the description by them.
Trophy mug, ‘Stuart’ Reproduction Sheffied Plate, electroplated silver / copper, Angus & Coote Ltd, Sydney, Australia, 1930 – 1940

Since the 1920s Angus and Coote have provided much of Sydney’s Electro-plated Nickel Silverware in much the same way as Stokes did for Melbourne. Since the early 1970s their hollow ware production arm of ‘Perfection Plate’ was sold to employees and continues production to this day.

The ‘Stuart Reproduction’ Sheffield Plate brand originated with the Angus & Coote and was later manufactured by Perfection Plate.

The mug is in excellent condition for its age.
