Unusual high quality craftsmanship hand carved large Chinese camphor wood chest in the Art Deco style with oval medallion carvings to the front. Curved top to the central panel. The interior is lined with camphor wood which is a natural insecticide to protect the contents from moth and insect attack, it has a fitted tray for smaller items.

The chest is approximately 75 years old and is in very good original condition.
