Royal Doulton rare series ware pattern Pipes of Pan teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl D4784 depicting an indigenous man in an Australian bush land setting with Waratah flowers in the foreground, introduced in 1928 and withdrawn by 1940.

This set is an early example as it has the early backstamp.

The sugar and milk jug are in good condition with no chips or cracks, does show crazing commensurate with age. The teapot has had a professional repair to the knob on the lid sometime ago in its life.
