Royal Doulton series ware  candlestick Poplars at Sunset pattern in Holbein glaze.

The candlestick is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, some crazing commensurate with age.

The pattern was introduced in 1910 and withdrawn by 1940. The backstamp on this piece dates the item pre 1927.
