Made by Shelley potteries for Jas Watson & Co ,  Distillers ,  Dundee  Scotland.

Decorated in blue & white floral transfer with a picture of Lord Kitchener on one side and the Duke of Wellington on the other.       Made as a souvenir for the 100 year centenary of James Watson Distillers , and possibly the 100 year centenary of  the battle of Waterloo.
