A Whitefriars cylindrical glass vase amber in colour known as the ‘bark’ vase from the ‘textured’ range designed by Geoffrey Baxter in 1967.
The Whitefriars factory originally In London has been in operation since 1834 and closed in 1980. They produced many glass items including tableware, stained glass and scientific glass.
A nice mid century example of glassware with no chips or cracks, excellent vintage condition.
