Victorian corner whatnot in burr walnut veneer, comprising 4 shelves in graduating size supported by turned barley twist spindles on each level. The back of the top shelf is decorated with two arched fretwork galleries. Each shelf is triangular in shape with a serpentine front.
The whatnot was a popular furniture item in Victorian times, used to display ornaments, books, etc
